- 1.25 cups of Water

Instructions
- Add 1 cup of White Rice and 1.25 cups of Water to the pressure cooker.
- Place your pressure cooker lid on the pot, and rotate into locked position. Pressure cook on high for 5 minutes.
- Once the cooking cycle is complete, wait 10 minutes and then perform a fast release
- Optionally, serve with some soy sauce or sesame oil
