Instructions

  1. Add 1 cup of White Rice and 1.25 cups of Water to the pressure cooker.
  2. Place your pressure cooker lid on the pot, and rotate into locked position. Pressure cook on high for 5 minutes.
  3. Once the cooking cycle is complete, wait 10 minutes and then perform a fast release
  4. Optionally, serve with some soy sauce or sesame oil
