Instructions

  1. Add 1.5 cups of Water, 1 Frozen Chicken Breast, and 1 cup of Brown Rice to the pressure cooker.
  2. Place your pressure cooker lid on the pot, and rotate into locked position. Pressure cook on high for 20 minutes.
  3. Once the cooking cycle is complete, wait 10 minutes and then perform a fast release
  4. Optionally, try adding some some soy sauce to your rice and some wasabi to your chicken for a little flair.
